Who we are

Groowth Limited (company number 16123337, London) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this form. We run a virtual-brand partnership programme for kitchens in Greater London and the surrounding M25 area, in partnership with Deliveroo.

What we collect

• Contact details: your first name and UK mobile number.
• Kitchen details: the name your takeaway trades under, its postcode and the kitchen address you select.
• Basic usage data, such as the advert or page you arrived from and the type of device you used.

If you start the form but do not finish it

The form saves your answers as you type, a couple of seconds after you stop. This means that if you fill in some boxes and then leave without pressing the button, we may still hold what you had entered. We treat that information exactly the same way as a finished application, and the same rights below apply to it. If you would like us to delete it, contact us and we will.

How we use your data

We use your details to call you about partnering with Groowth, to check whether we can operate in your area, and to answer your questions. We rely on the steps we need to take at your request before entering into a partnership, and on our legitimate interest in following up enquiries about our programme. For advertising measurement we rely on your consent. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use essential cookies and local storage to make the form work, such as remembering your cookie choice. If you accept marketing cookies, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our adverts perform, and we send Meta a hashed version of your contact details when you submit the form so it can match the advert to the enquiry. If you choose not to accept, we do not load the pixel and we do not send your details to Meta, either from your browser or from our servers. You can change your choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

Who we share it with

We share your application data with our CRM system so our team can manage and follow up your enquiry, with Deliveroo where we need to evaluate demand in your area, and with Meta (only if you accepted marketing cookies) to measure advertising. Our website and database are hosted by Base44, and our confirmation emails are sent through Google, both of which process data on our behalf. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards required by UK data protection law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

If you become a partner, we keep your data while the partnership runs and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you do not, we keep it for up to 24 months in case a slot opens in your area, then delete it.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need.
• Ask us to restrict how we use your data while a question is resolved.
• Object to us using your data for our legitimate interests, including marketing.
• Ask us to send your data to you or to someone else in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent to advertising cookies at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
